Highland Meadows Dental Health Center is happy to be returning to work.
For the foreseeable future, the nature of dental care has changed. Recent orders from the Governor of Colorado and the Public Health Department of Colorado have modified the traditional business model. Please read the following to understand how arriving and checking in for appointments will go.
We will attempt to contact you by phone one day prior to your appointment to review some basic health screening questions prior to visiting our clinic.
Upon arrival at our office, please remain in your car and call our main phone number (970) 226 4098 to let us know you have arrived.
A patient ambassador will come to your car to escort you into the building and our office.
- If you are not wearing a mask one will be provided to you as no one without a mask is allowed into the office
- The same health screening will be done verbally
- Your temperature will be taken… if your temperature is elevated you will be referred to your primary care physician and we will reschedule your appointment
The patient ambassador will bring you into the building and open all doors for you. You will be directed all the way to your assigned treatment room.
You will note that your care providers are gowned up much more significantly than in the past based on the recommendations both the ADA and the CDC. Please realize that this is applied to everyone and that you are not being singled out.
At the end of your appointment, rather than being dismissed, you will again be escorted out of the building with all doors being opened and held for you.
I am looking forward to getting back to the office and seeing my patients. Your support in the past and through this current “adventure” is valuable to me and I am fortunate to have the best patients in the world. Please stay safe and healthy.
