Renew Your Confidence
Are you self-conscious about your smile? You are not alone. 81 percent of people believe their teeth look unattractive in photographs. Everyone deserves to feel confident in their smile and appearance. Imagine not being embarrassed when speaking with others, taking pictures or attending social events—it is possible! If you are not proud of your smile, there are ways to improve it through cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Michael Ruff offers cosmetic options that can give you a smile you will not be able to resist showing off.
Cosmetic Dentistry Can Enhance Your Appearance

Cosmetic dentistry is used to improve the appearance, and often, the functionality of your smile. Treatment can offer immediate and long-term benefits beyond individual improvements. Frequently, outside influences have drastic impacts on our smile, such as the beverages we consume, accidents or trauma to the mouth, and even disease. Common issues that can be resolved by cosmetic dentistry include:
- Chipped or cracked teeth
- Yellow or stained teeth
- Crooked teeth
- Tooth loss
- Gaps between teeth
- Unnatural looking (amalgam) fillings
Cosmetic Treatments Available

E4D Same-Day Crowns
An advanced digital scanner captures the structure of your tooth and designs a nearly exact replica. An in-house milling unit then creates a restoration in about an hour and Dr. Ruff can place the restoration that very day.

Porcelain Veneers
Ultra-thin porcelain material custom-made to cover the front surface of your tooth. These can be used to hide chips, uneven teeth, yellowed teeth or close gaps between teeth.

Crowns
A tooth-shaped cover for a dental implant or damaged tooth that looks and acts just like a normal tooth.

Bridges
Made up of one or more crowns that span the gaps of missing teeth. They are attached to an abutment tooth on either side of the missing teeth.

Teeth Whitening
Both Zoom® in-office whitening and take-home whitening kits are available to brighten your smile by several shades.

Composite Fillings
Matched to be the same color as your teeth, these plastic resin fillings appear more natural than amalgam (silver) or gold fillings.
